Evaluation of the economic and regeneration impact of Arsenal’s proposed relocation within the Borough, including assessment of the effects on the Nag’s Head town centre.

Impacts examined in the assessment included:

• Additional employment and the fit between the skills required and those of different groups in the local population
• Improved choice of local services
• Wider choice of housing and its effect on the supply of labour available locally
• Effects on the stock of business premises including live-work units
• Tourism, both personal and business
