SPA evaluated and presented (at Inquiry) the regional economic case for 1 million sq. ft of prestige headquarters and research business space at Davenport Green, adjacent to Manchester Airport.  SPA was responsible for establishing links with the three Manchester Universities in order to promote technology transfer through the new development. SPA also designed training and recruitment schemes to extend the benefits of the development to excluded groups in Manchester and Trafford.
