The client was contemplating significant investment in Folkestone and needed advice on the status and prospects of the town as a residential location. SPA undertook a socio-economic profile of the town, assessed the role and prospects of the different housing markets and evaluated the factors that would lead to changes in the performance of Folkestone in the future.
