Wealdstone Town Centre Regeneration

SPA led a team in preparing a regeneration strategy for Wealdstone town centre, which had undergone significant changes in the demography of its catchment area, in the accessibility of the centre, in the mix of traders and in competing centres.

The team examined different future roles for the town centre and proposed a strategy for the future retail mix, mixed use redevelopment and improvement of property, increasing the population within walking distance and accessible by all modes.
